How do I place my order on www.d2solutions.in?

From All Products page, click on your product.

On Product page you have to add all of the basic details. Please be careful while giving your address and mobile number. If your billing address is different from the shipping address you selected, you’ll be asked to mention it. If it is the same as your shipping address. It will help us to deliver you products without any delay.

How to make Payments?

  1. We are giving our customers “Payment Link” (PL) at your Mobile and E-mail. You simply place your order by choosing Payment Link.
  2. If you want to pay via UPI and Bank transfer so you will get that details as well after your confirmation to Team D2S.

How can I get Confirmation?

Once your Payment is received to us immediately within 15-30 minutes you will get e-mail confirmation of with unique order number and consumer number to your e-mail id and phone number.  If you not get then you can call to our Customer Care Number

How can I return my order?

With D2Solutions, you can now return products that are found to be malfunctioning within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the steps below in case you want to return your order:
  1. Customers can return their order within 7 days after receiving the product by initiating a request at (7887887955).
  2. After initiating a request you will receive a service number and our authorized service agent will inspect the product at your premises within 2 -3 days.
    • Criteria for product return includes:
    • Manufacturing Defect
    • Shipment Damage
  3. If your product is deemed as defective post quality inspections, we will initiate the product pickup within 2-3 days.
  4. The product will be validated for return only in its original packaging.
  5. Once our service agent validates the return request upon inspection, your refund will be processed and the total amount you paid for will be credited within 5-7 working days.

How do I track my order in transit?

After Booking at our page and getting payment you will get Tracking details at your given e-mail id and Mobile number.

The timeframe to ship an item, when the merchandise is available at our local warehouses is 3 – 7 business days .
